    You are looking at a wonderful early Mic-Mac Northeastern Amerind covered basket--finely made--about 140 years old...very little breakage to the porcupine style curlicues--rare style and covered...Look at the  fine photos of the intricate workmanship--especially the underbelly of the cover--never seen one quite like this in 50 years of selling antiques...
    It is about +8 1/2 diameter and 4 plus inches tall...just a real sweetheart if youare into collection these ever becoming more rare specimens...
